Ann@HowcrossCastle Posted August 10, 2014 Share Posted August 10, 2014 Day 9. Carefully ordered at Zoe's Kitchen tonight... Steak kabobs with veggies, nothing else. Asked that nothing be put on it at cooking time. Ate it all up, delicious. But... instant headache! No idea what I'm sensitive to (that's the whole reason I'm doing this Whole30). Should I take the headache as a clear sign my body is going to "start over" tomorrow? Should I officially start over?
