Well I'm on day 2 and so far so good. I've been interested in clean eating, being sugar free for about 18 months and have done lots of reading but never done anything about it. I have an under active thyroid and taken thyroxine each day for about 10 years. Recently I've been feeling exhausted, down and unwell. I've also put on weight. So when I read about Whole 30 it seemed like a sensible thing to try.

I know I will be able to complete the 30 days- my only concern is that it's a become a healthy obsession, for the last week I've done nothing but read and prepare!
