JPow
I normally eat 1 c (around) sweet potato on days I strength train or run - can I count this as one of my veggies during a meal? I usually have this for breakfast with other veggies and eggs. Thank you! DAY 21!!!
Renee Lee
Of course! It IS a veggie!!
Pedro Pinto
Of course JPow. As Renee said, it is a vegetable, but a high starchy one. It means that you probably shouldn't strictly "follow" the meal template where it says "fill the rest of your plate with vegetables", only pretending to use sweet potatoes. However, as you've mentioned you use that amount of sweet potato and specially on strength training days, it seems pretty fair
