Third trimester whole30

Hey mommas! Im 33 weeks along and on Day 14 of my 2nd Whole30. I am so stinking tired and am having trouble deciphering whether it is pregnancy, whole30 detox or a combo of both. I am definitely eating enough protein, veggies and fats, I feel like I'm eating all the time! Any insight would be appreciated!

Are you eating a lot of starchy vegetables? Are you staying close to the upper limits of the template and having a 4th meal perhaps? Especially at this point in your pregnancy you need a lot more carbs and fat and food in general than most people doing a W30 do.

I'm on day 3 and in my 36th week of pregnancy now (so, I think we are due around the same time? End of Sept?). I don't know where you live but it's ragweed/hayfever season around here and that's making me feel pretty wiped out. Also, I'm tossing and turning a lot to get comfortable at night so while I'm usually in bed for 8 ish hours, I know I'm sleeping far less than that.
