ragbaby Posted August 15, 2014 Share Posted August 15, 2014 I'm on day 12. I'm miserable. I miss alcohol but I don't miss anything else at all. I'm sleeping slightly better than before which is wonderful but I'm still tired. Is there anything I can adjust to make me feel better. That seems like an awful lot, I probably only drink half a litre a day at the moment, if that. I'm getting starchy veg in at least 2 meals a day.
