Day 12, Depressed

I'm on day 12. I'm miserable. I miss alcohol but I don't miss anything else at all. I'm sleeping slightly better than before which is wonderful but I'm still tired.

Is there anything I can adjust to make me feel better. I'm walking a lot, eating well, probably not drinking enough water.

Thanks Tom, oz of water don't make much sense to me (I'm English)
I'm 147 lbs so does that mean 74 fluid oz which is 2188ml? or just over 2 litres? That seems like an awful lot, I probably only drink half a litre a day at the moment, if that.

 

I'm getting starchy veg in at least 2 meals a day.

Your calculations are correct.  :) If 2188ml feels overwhelming right now, work your way up to that by gradually increasing your water intake each day/week.
