Day 15 The Halfway Point!

Feeling pretty accomplished so far for making it to this halfway point! I am seeing some changes. Less joint pain, more stamina, better sleep.  I am having some trouble with energy levels dropping by around 2 to 3 pm, feel incredibly sleeping at the time, not sure what that's about, but I hope it passes. I am still looking for better energy levels. Maybe that magic will kick in before day 30?
