MelissaBlack
Hi! I started last Monday, am on Day 8 and am so over eggs for breakfast. I have 2 little ones to get off to school in the morning before I head to crossfit and then work so my prep time is limited. Any suggestions would be super appreciated! Moderators Tom Denham Posted August 13, 2012 Moderators Share Posted August 13, 2012 Leftovers! I had pulled slow cooker roast beef with stewed tomatoes and onions for breakfast this morning.
TheRealAndra
Leftovers are awesome and I also like to keep a breakfast hash at the ready. Turkey, sweet potato with onions and celery seasoned with pumpkin pie spice is one of my favorites. The Well Fed spinach and meat muffins are also a great go-to. Runningforme82
Yep, leftovers I read somewhere (can't remember where), to not think of if as Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Rather, Meal 1, Meal 2, Meal 3. That really helped me to step outside the box with feeling like eggs had to be in the morning
Ifjewel
Leftover oxtail soup with celery, green pepper, onion and parsley with an egg dropped in. Fast and oh so good
Lissa Kristine
I've been wanting to try this recipe from Biggest Loser. Just skip the beans and wheat bran. You can have it for breakfast with a spoon, put it on top of a salad, put it in the hollow of half an avocado (or mix with guacamole), or even use lettuce as a wrap instead of a tortilla. http://www.prevention.com/node/29538
Aberrantatavia
This sounds great in a lettuce wrap with some guac on top for sure! I like beef or some kind of red meat for breakfast, I'm not sure why. But ground beef with a bunch of veges for breakfast seems to be very satisfying.
