Ten more days and your WD30 is complete.   I have no idea what happened to everyone....so I just shoot the breeze with the snow capped Rockies.   First snow of the season.   No fall...go directly to winter.

Deb, we don't have a Whole anything.   We have one store and we're the fortunate ones if one box of Honey Crisp Apples makes it to the bin.   It's a shark feeding frenzy to make your way to the produce.  Rabid dogs and grizzly bears grabbing all of it in one fell swoop.  The rest of it is drop shipped by parachute...lands in the fields.  You have to make a run for it to get your fair share of the fruits and nuts.   :D

We're catering lunch; well, except for Joni because it won't be one of her 30 foods."

It doesn't bother me though - I know I'm doing this for all the right reasons.

I really like that, Joni.   One of her 30 foods.   You should put that on the crazy things people say.

Deb, do you know that they charge $10 for an old iceberg lettuce wedge in my neck of the woods?  They glop salad dressing all over it and call it a salad.  What kinda shizz is that?    Oh, and you have to order that separately.  It does not come with your meal, if you can call it a meal.   Salty Dog protein, Salty Dog French Fries and Iceberg Lettuce Wedge with a Ranch Glop Dressing.

I know they're just trying to keep up with L.A., but that is "redikk" and we think it's a 'total'.  :D

Miki - I would expect nothing less than you stirring up a hurricane wherever you go.  I would be disappointed if you didn't.

Oh for goodness sake Meadow, you might have a point.

Lettuce story too cute.

Deb, I'm thinkin Darling Meadow needs a care package form SoCal! We could ship some fresh stuff...just not sure what condition it would be in when it makes it there. But you could come to SoCal and Deb and me would put on the Lettuce Show for you. Baby, have we got some Lettuce!!!

Meadow Lily, is is coldddd there, and here we are HOT, 96 feeling like 107. They say a cold front is pushing through, I guess tomorrow we may be in the 70's, but no complains from this tropical chick.

Deb thanks for your awesome recipes, Avocado yummm one of my favorites.

Joni, they are weird at your work hehehe. My coworkers are the other opposite, always trying to taste my different dishes, hehehe.

Fighting a little cold here, good with my oils thanks God.

David, hope you can repair your crack ;-) windshield.

Tuna and avocado salad for lunch, did not feel like cooking this morning. Hope to make some of the AWESOME chicken recipe tonight.  In between meetings, band meeting, open house... love the beginning of the school year.

Have an awesome evening, be safe from the elements, drink water, and make sure you all eat some of your "30 allowed foods"

Love!!!

Good ones, Nanny D.

A cold front in the 70's.  I am always saddened when I see how crazy everyone is driving down there when you get an inch of ice on the roads.   They keep driving like bats out of heck-a-toot.  What's up with that?  I would not want to be there.  No winter driving skills whatsoever.

I have to dress my dog up in boots and clothes.  We have to go outside and make ourselves do something.

It's wet, sloppy Sorel weather.   I have to do this...winter will be here for 9 months.  I really have to go.

Time to nut and bolt.   I don't want to, but I must.

That's true Meadow, we could send you things from CA! What would you like! Lemons? Limes? Mangoes.

My old landlord in NYC sent me bananas from his tree in Puerto Rico. I was tickled.

Couple years ago I was working on a fishing show. They sent us to the middle of Oklahoma to wrangle catfish.

I was already gluten/dairy free at that point. I was beside myself with the food choices. It was iceberg and fries all the way.

I had brought a suitcase full of fruits and nuts, but oy. Mostly I ate tangerines we had bought in Tulsa at Walmart.

Any of y'all who are doing this outside a major city, you have my admiration because you are not supported out there.

Joni 30 foods LOL.

Miki I'm looking up the hurricane now.

Well...if shizz does go down, you'll definitely be bonding with your fellow travelers which is good!

But they are quite used to weather stuff down there too so will be fully prepped I imagine.

You fly on Sunday right?

We will think good thoughts for you.

Hey, Lil Soph and I are back!!!

I thought about posting belly selfies.   Soph has snow dingleberries on her belly.  She's cold and howling.  She does not like to get wet.  I would have to paint a face on my belly button and make faces...something like this....-5iNXh-f3NSl.jpg
