Guest
Pre whole-30, I used to have a lot of soya as I am allergic to dairy. 2 whole 30's later, and in the re-introduction of soya as a test has been horrific. It's made me incredibly depressed and given me stomach aches. Did anyone else find this? Before i didn't think anything of it, but now I have the blessing of hindsight I think I may really not agree with it.
Physibeth
Accidental soy consumption for me usually results in stomach aches and/or mood swings. Soy is a huge hormonal disruptor so it really isn't that surprising of a reaction.
praxisproject
If it's soy milk, it also contains lots of other things. It makes me really sick as it often contains: gluten & carrageenan. A lot of non-soy-milk soy products also contain gluten, from tofu to soy sauce. I have no trouble with fresh steamed edamame beans.
