Lost my appetite, feel nauseous

Hey there, I'm not sure what's wrong with me, I'm always hungry normally, but I'm on day 2 and no food looks or tastes good. Even lunch, and I basically always ate lunches that were whole30 compliant before.

 

What could be causing this?

If you are eating a lot more protein and fat, you may need digestive enzymes until your body adjusts. Undigested food sometimes explains lack of appetite, but day 2 is a bit early for that. 

 

Regardless of cause, try to eat at least the minimum recommended in the meal planning template: http://whole30.com/downloads/whole30-meal-planning.pdf

 

It is important to stay nourished whether you feel like eating or not.

I'm in the same boat and on Day 4. Cooked a breakfast per the template, but just couldn't get it down. Worked out and it's time for my post-WO lean protein and complex carb....but not interested. I'm going to try and get a small portion down. This too shall pass!
