Kaylee_K Posted August 19, 2014 Share Posted August 19, 2014 Hey there, I'm not sure what's wrong with me, I'm always hungry normally, but I'm on day 2 and no food looks or tastes good. Undigested food sometimes explains lack of appetite, but day 2 is a bit early for that. Regardless of cause, try to eat at least the minimum recommended in the meal planning template: http://whole30.com/downloads/whole30-meal-planning.pdf It is important to stay nourished whether you feel like eating or not. LMar Posted September 5, 2014 Share Posted September 5, 2014 I'm in the same boat and on Day 4. Cooked a breakfast per the template, but just couldn't get it down. Worked out and it's time for my post-WO lean protein and complex carb....but not interested. I'm going to try and get a small portion down. This too shall pass!
