vitamins - they are gluten/yeast/wheat free, but i´ll list the things that could be harmful (?)

now... i´ll list the things that seem potentially harmful so you guys can help me out :unsure: 


  •  my E vitamin contains soybean oil and soy (ooh bad right?)
  • my D3 has safflower oil
  • calcium/magnesium/zing - croscarmellose (?), titanium dioxide color (??), vegetable magnesium stearate
  • my fish oil has something called food glaze (?), mixed natural tocopherols, polysorbate 80
  • biotin - stearic acid, cellulose gum, methylcellulose

all claim contain no yeast, wheat, glute, corn, milk, added sugar, and soy apart from the E i just noticed
