Post 30 breakfast

I have a couple of food weaknesses that I no doubt will return to when I'm done with the whole 30. One being coffee with sweetened cream (I know, I know but it's just my go-to get me out of bed have a little my-time thing) and the other is breakfast cereal. When I was I college and grad school, I lived off cereal and I could eat my weight in Cap'n Crunch even though I haven't had it in years. For the past few years, I have tried to keep with the "healthier" breakfast cereal with Quaker Oat Squares being my favorite now. My question is to all of you, since I think I'll probably return to this habit one my days off (I'll still eat eggs and stuff on the days I have to work) is there a decent option that I might be able to have with some unsweetened almond milk?

We don't recommend recommend or discuss foods that are not Whole30-compliant on the Whole30 forum.

When your 30 days are up I think your going to be very surprised. That sweetened creamy coffee isn't going to mean as much as it once did.. your going to find those habits are just that.. A habit,   mean time your instilling new good good good habits on how to fuel your body with proper nutrition and the way you feel is a far better pay off… not to say you won't slip up sometimes but that icky feeling when you do soon reminds you that its not worth it..

I was seriously addicted to cereal and granola.  I haven't had it in almost 17 months.  I'm ok with that.  I'd much rather have eggs and kale.  And, coconut milk is so creamy and yummy in coffee!  I agree that you might be surprised.
