I lost ten pounds and more importantly built a healthy framework for my food and lifestyle choices. I'm on day 12 of my second round and I'm already feeling great. But a friend that I see only two times out of the year is home and I'm thinking about having 1-2 drinks when out to dinner wit her. Has anyone else done this and still gotten great results?
