Any ideas to save my mayo (a salad dressing recipe, perhaps)?

I was out of light olive oil and I got impatient and made it with EVOO. Bad idea. Texture is great, but it tastes really bad. I'm thinking of making a salad dressing with it but I'm drawing a blank for what to put in it (it doesn't help that I don't particularly like olives...). I'd super appreciate any ideas!
