son.et.lumiere Posted August 13, 2012 Share Posted August 13, 2012 I was out of light olive oil and I got impatient and made it with EVOO. Bad idea. Texture is great, but it tastes really bad. I'm thinking of making a salad dressing with it but I'm drawing a blank for what to put in it (it doesn't help that I don't particularly like olives...). I'd super appreciate any ideas! I had searched two natural foods stores and there was no "light olive oil". One kind that wasn't labeled as EVOO had EVOO and refind olive oil as ingredients.
