sholmes
We are roasting a whole chicken tonight and I would love to enjoy the skin but I'm not sure if that is compliant or not. Can someone please let me know if we can eat skin off of our chicken breasts or whole chickens?
Moderators ShannonM816 Posted August 24, 2014 Moderators Share Posted August 24, 2014 Yes, you can. However, if you have conventionally raised chickens instead of pasture-raised, organic ones, toxins and hormones and stuff are more likely to be in the skin and fat. For future reference, the easiest way to search for information in the forums is to use google and search Whole30 and whatever you're looking for -- so in this case, you could search Whole30 chicken skin.
