I have used this recipe for a few savory Thai dishes (pre-W30) and was wondering if I could still use it to add another layer of flavor. I considered it but thought I should ask here first. The only ingredients are organic seedless tamarind and water. I'm leery about the sugar content- 57g per 1/4c serving size. I can't see myself using more than 2 T for a dish serving 4 but still...
