I've been starting and stopping eating healthily for so long and i need to get my eating under control, for my family and for myself. I watched Mellissa's Paleo fx video about depression and cravings and a lot of it made sense to me. I'm stressed out, both mentally and physically. I cant continue the way i have been going. I have a lot of weight to lose, currently sitting at 321 lbs, but most imporatntly i need to change my relationship with food. Its both my best friend and worst enemy. This will be a tough 30 days and i'll probably have to continue well beyond the 30 days. Right now im focussing on a day at a time, week at a time, 30 days at a time.
