Missy Olsen Posted August 13, 2012 Share Posted August 13, 2012 I am on my first Whole30, day 5. Is it normal to be more gassy than usual? Will it eventually go away? I was a somewhat healthy eater before, on and off with eating Primal, but right before the Whole30, I totally binged on horrible foods. Thanks! The gut flora has to adjust and during the transition the gut may produce more gas. Frequently things get better, but it may take a few weeks.
