Two days to go

I can't believe I only have two days left on my whole30 left! Nor can I believe I have gone from almost having to buy size 12 jeans to being able to wear size 6! Went shopping last night and first tried on a pair of 7/8 jeans fearing they would be tight and they weren't so next the 5/6 and they fit great! The jeans were buy one get one half off so I bought a 3/4 for the second pair for next month. I have no joint pain anymore. The best thing is my 11 year old daughter is now doing her whole30 and she used to be hooked on chips and greasy fast food. She's making her own stir fry for lunches using olive oil and coconut aminos. My husband is eating a lot less processed stuff but still eats organic yougurt, milk and his Wheaties. He's a huge support though. He is so proud of me he tells everyone about Paleo eating. I still have weird dreams where I dream I cheated when I haven't.

Here's a typical day for me:

Breakfast: two cage free vegaterian feed eggs scrambled with organic bell pepper, onion, tomato, olives and spinach cooked in olive oil.

Lunch: homemade grilled chicken (grass fed) in a stir fry with zucchini, onion, carrots and cabbage cooked in a little olive oil.

Dinner: grass fed ground beef taco meat (homemade taco seasoning), on dark leaf lettuce, tomato, avocado salad with red wine vinegar for dressing.

Fluids: 1&1/2 cups of black coffee on the morning, water the rest of the day.

Can't wait to weigh in two days!
