AmyS Posted August 31, 2014 Share Posted August 31, 2014 Hm, I used to have some of that, and it was durn tasty. I don't have a bottle right now to check the ingredients list. You'll have to look it over (possibly with a magnifying glass to see the teeny ingredients list). Watch out for ingredients like soy lethicin, sugar (yes, sugar), msg or some variant of it, and probably a few other baddies I'm forgetting. If it turns out it's no good, you might check Penzeys - they have several blends that are Whole30 compliant. The simplest answer to anything like this is that you'll have to read the ingredients list to see. If you read and are still not sure, post the list here and we'll help you out. Happy cooking!
