cocoa powder sub

Thanks, Robin. Does that mean that cocoa butter is not off limits for a W30? I often see that listed in the ingredient list for chocolate, and I know it's not a dairy product. I do see soy lecithin frequently in chocolate ingredient lists, so I would avoid that, of course.

Cocoa butter is actually what makes chocolate chocolate. Chocolate is required to have a certain percentage of cocoa butter int it. All it is is the fat extracted from the cocoa bean. That is why white chocolate is still chocolate, even though it has no cocoa powder in it and is usually vanilla or fruit flavored, because it still had cocoa butter in it. Cocoa butter is fine for whole30.
