I'm in Cape Town and great places to shop here are Wellness Warehouse, Frankie Fenners Meat Market and then local farmers markets (like the Oranjezicht City Farm). When I started Paleo almost 3 yrs ago it was so hard to find things so sourcing was a big part of my journey. But now "Banting" or Tim noakes is a huge trend so you can find things almost anywhere these days (you can even find Lara bars at Spar). My biggest tip to you, just eat fresh (and braai a lot ).
