I am excited to see the results and hopefully stick with it this time! (ok, minus some booze here and there when i'm done. Let's be real). Crossfitter, snowboarder, and educator. Actually going to try crossfit (after several years of regular lifting) on wednesday night together as well! I think we're only going until September 21st, since my husband's friends are coming into town, but I'm hoping to only add in wine then and stick with the rest of whole30. I've managed to get someone in my gym on-board (though one day behind my start date) and possibly some friends as well. I'm so excited and feeling well.
