Kristina Wright
Same here. I'm positive that double and triple portions, an entire 2 Liter of "diet" soda and three candy bars a day has more to do with FIL's weight gain than my MIL's newfound cooking skills. MrsStick
I find that, if I'm not careful, I can turn into the two to three portions of protein myself, let alone my husband. I try very hard to make sure that my first plate of food is by the template and, once I've had that, then go back for more if I'm hungry. Otherwise I'll double the protein and only have half a plate of veggies. It's not that I need that much meat - eating a template amount is usually plenty for me - it's just habit. LisaLulu
I'm the opposite, I have to make sure I eat enough meat, if I was left to my own devices I would eat all the veggies and be too full for the meat. I 'treat' myself to a bite of two of vegetables for every bite of meat I manage to eat. It's not that I don't like meat, it's just hard to stomach a lot of it.
