Day 1 has begun- anyone else starting?

Kiena, I started today, too!  Wishing you a happy Whole 30!  I'm not a huge coffee drinker, thankfully.  It was really difficult to forgo my cereal, but I enjoyed scrambled eggs with red bell pepper and spinach and a handful of blue berries.  I know of one other who started today.  Wondering if there's some way we can start our own September 3rd Starters section or thread.

I'm starting my 2nd Whole30 today.  Wishing good health and improvements to you all!

 

I _love_ bone broth, it makes me feel better even when I'm not sick.  I especially like bone broth made from chicken bones, it tastes like homemade chicken soup!

So sorry about the cold!!  Try some hot tea, chicken broth (as suggested above), and a super hot steamy shower!  That being said, if you DO need to take meds, stay toward the pill ones and away from the liquid :)

 

I officially started Monday, but since I've had a bit of trouble (read: my dear sweet husband) accidentally missing the rules (read: black beans in chili, breakfast sausage with a hint of sugar) I'll extend a few days!

I'd love a September 3 group but not sure how to start it on the forums. 

 

I love bone broth, too.  I'll make it from my Thanksgiving turkey or whatever beast I've eaten. I've been making it for years because I'm super cheap and hated throwing out perfectly good bones :). Even the kids like the soup I'm able to make.  I just never knew that it was so good for me.  Guess Grandma had it right.
