Vmorris7
I saw a new health bar today called "That's it". Only fruit - does anyone know if it is Whole 30 approved?
Carlaccini
Okay it looks to be compliant. Wait not so fast..... If you would to chose to eat these the rules would follow similar to the rules for the Lara Bars. For emegencies only. They do not carry any proteins or fats. If anything I would gather this item might be a bit of a sugar bomb. (smilar to a Larabar) So use with extreme caution. And do not rely on them. If you chose to eat one make sure you partner it with at minimum a protein and a fat.
Moderators Tom Denham Posted September 3, 2014 Moderators Share Posted September 3, 2014 We want you to practice eating food, not food products. Fruit is food. Something that comes in a wrapper is a food product. Food is better for your health and relationship with food than any food product ever made. There are lots of things you can technically have, but they are not good choices.
