ChristineMR
I started on Sept 1st, and have successful navigated two Whole30 days. I've done a similar-type cleanse before, but not this strict with the added sugars and not for this long. I'm ready to slay the Sugar Dragon, and so far it's going better than I thought, especially with cravings (though I did have to chant "Whole30, Whole30, I'm on the Whole30" while I walked through the grocery store today). Hope everyone else who's getting started this month and who's a newbie is doing well. I love the support emails -- definitely keeps me going when I seem shaky. Cheers, Christine
sangeeta
I started Sep 1st as well I'm finding preparing three solid meals a day quite a shock, I feel like I've spent the whole week in the kitchen! Hope it all continues to go well.
ChristineMR
I batched cooked a lot on Sunday, and have been reheating through the week. That seems to be helpful, if not a bit repetitive. But I'm going to have more time to cook different things this weekend. I'm finding so many times when I would have just "grabbed something" and seeing that quite a few weren't hunger, just impulse. Good luck to you too! Hope it all continues to go well. I find that picking one day of the week to prep everything is a big help. Prepping the sauces, mayo, slicing & dicing the veggies, and baking the bacon I plan on eating for the week; all in one day is a huge time saver.
