Halfway through chicken, big salad, roasted veggies and fruit? At lunch, I figured, strange, but okay. At dinner, I am wondering, really? Is that possible? LMar Posted September 6, 2014 Share Posted September 6, 2014 I'm on Day 4 and appetite tanked today. Could not eat even half my breakfast. Forced down my post-WO meal and finally toke Meal 2 a few hours later than normal and had an appetite. I've searched a few posts....seems a regular event.
