Tina R Posted September 6, 2014 Share Posted September 6, 2014 Congratulations! Make sure you have quick compliant meals handy for those days that you want to give up. Make sure you eat according to the meal planning template, even eating 4 meals a day for the first week, most people starve themselves on their whole30. I would avoid eating out, most people have to restart after they ate out or ate at a friends, it sucks to restart on day 20 when it's not your fault. If you feel like you've eaten something that is not compliant don't give up and dive into a box of doughnuts. Search the forum, many people that accidentally ate sugar gave up only to realize they could have kept going because that did not call for a restart. Good Luck!
