Starting 9/10!

I grocery shop at the commissary on base on Tuesdays. So I am going to begin Whole 30 for the first time on Wedneday. Husband just deployed and I'm here with just me and the 9 month old. I've been doing Crossfit since April and making great physical gains but I know that my lack of nutritional discipline s holding me back from the healthy body I really want.

Anyone else starting Wednesday??

Goals:

Stick to portion sizes

Try new foods! (Bison, etc)

Keep it within my $80/week budget

Complete the whole 30 with no slip ups!

Stick to 3 solid meals plus post workout meal on the 5 days I do Crossfit a week
