manessdm
I'm on day 7 of my first whole30, and ate at Longhorn Steakhouse last night. I'm gluten intolerant and become ill at the slightest speck of gluten. Most people eating a steak and sweet potato would carrying on to the next day thinking they had been compliant, but since my body reacts so strongly to gluten, I know I "cheated" unintentionally. Should I start my whole30 from the beginning because of this?
Ann@HowcrossCastle
I had a similar accidental non-compliant meal on about day 6, and I simply added six more days to end of my W30. ann
Moderators Tom Denham Posted September 7, 2014 Moderators Share Posted September 7, 2014 Your body hit the reset button on healing when you got glutened, so you are on day 1 no matter what you call it. I think some restaurants dust food to be grilled with flour to speed or deepen browning.
