Started Yesterday 9/8

After encouragement from a friend who is on day 23 (or so) and reading the book and website, I took the plunge yesterday. I'm 62, a cancer survivor, active and healthy but want to lose some weight, gain some energy, reduce abdominal distress and get more in control of my cravings (sweet is the big one). I also am interested to learn about whole 30 as it relates to my immune system. Excited and nervous - as I'm sure all newbies are!
