Hi!!!

Iam writing this through a blinding headache...first day and I don't think I am prepared enough. Just back from my hols and thought today was as good as any, but it's not been a joy!

Not ideal, but not had a proper break all day so it's been snack city when and where I could. Feel rubbish, going to bed early and
