shellsewnsow
I can't find my old log, so I'm starting a new one. Day 1 again today (10th Sept), after getting to Day 9 on my first attempt. Then I had a busy outdoor work day (which I had prepared food for) but I had a car accident on the way & the emotional pull of first coffee with milk, then pizza for easy dinner at home that exhausted night got me. So what I've learnt, is I have to be prepared, above & beyond what I thought with food. It all went best when I was best prepared & organised, things were shakier when the food wasn't ready to go, I caved when you added stress to that. Interestingly, after the latte, I got terrible hay-fever symptoms. A big part why I'm doing this is my sinuses. Coincidence (I was outdoors) or dairy, only time & finishing this, will tell. Off to prepare masses of mince (ground beef to most of you) for tonights dinner in part, with lots over. Building that food store!
shellsewnsow
So I've taken a different approach this time - same whole30, much more low key. I haven't been keeping track of days, or much track of how i'm feeling. Probably there was little enough off plan eating in my few days off to make it like a full start-again symptomatically. Only now, this last couple of days, has it started to get hard. I'm craving chocolate at night again. I'd love a glass of wine. I'm sick of eggs and vegies! Guess I'd better look into some new recipes.
cheer4mia
if youre talking about eggs and veggies for breakfast, look up apple bumpkin breakfast bake and make that (minus the maple syrup) i've had it every day this week. they warn you that its a little sweet for a sugar dragon, but it hasn't awoken mine
