jtwiin2
I noticed that the fish oil that I bought contained Natural Mixed Tocopherols (Soy). I am assuming this is not compliant? Can anybody offer justification? Thanks! Jeff
Physibeth
You are correct, that is not compliant. Just skip it for 30 days.
Moderators Tom Denham Posted September 10, 2014 Moderators Share Posted September 10, 2014 The Whole30 is an elimination diet. The amount of off-plan ingredients approved during a Whole30 is none. If you consume any, it would not be an elimination diet, just a change-what-you-eat-a-little diet. Half measures, quarter measures, even a quarter of a teaspoon measures are not good enough. If you want to know why soy is off-plan, see It Starts With Food.
