The Whole30 is an elimination diet. The amount of off-plan ingredients approved during a Whole30 is none. :) If you consume any, it would not be an elimination diet, just a change-what-you-eat-a-little diet. Half measures, quarter measures, even a quarter of a teaspoon measures are not good enough.
