leahcarn
I usually eat a boiled egg pre work out, and some sweet potato post work out, in addition to my regular meals. Can't help you with the milk though Have you read the pre/post workout suggestions in It Starts With Food?
Kaypentz
I haven't guess I should. I'm not technically eating whole 30 I'm working with a doc right now and it's basically the same exact thing just need to start following meal plans I think if I upped my fats it would make a difference. GoJo09
I think the general recommendation for breast feeding is eat more meals during the day, more carby vege for energy and milk production, and don't skimp on fat as your baby needs it :-). AmyS
You will want to aim for between four and six full meals per day. A meal is a palm-size or two of protein; 2-4 cups of veggies; and a thumb-size or more of fat. In your case, you may want to sip on compliant coconut milk throughout the day, and eat your pre- and post-workout meals - in addition to your 4-6 full meals per day. Since you're not aiming at a full Whole30, you may not have read all of the information about how it works, but dive in and enjoy the read. And eat up. Go to the fridge now. We'll wait.
