Stargazer93
I can't wait to start the Whole30 tomorrow! Any advice from more experienced members are always greatly appreciated!
Tina R
Congratulations! The best advise I can give you is to read the rules and then read the rules again. Download the meal planning template and follow the best you can. Avoid all processed food and make everything from scratch. Don't eat out or eat at someone else's house during your whole30. Most people end up restarting because of food prepared by someone else. If you have a question search google.com "whole30 plus what you are looking for" almost every question you can think of has been asked and answered on the forum. Just because a recipe says it's paleo or whole30 doesn't mean it's approved. There are a lot of sex with your pants on foods that are technically compliant but don't follow the meal planning template. I am amazed how many people want to change the way they eat but refuse to give up cereal, pancakes, desserts or fruit smoothies. Branch out try new vegetables or proteins. Enjoy! NinaNieve
I started today also. Where is the meal planning template? I downloaded the food list and pantry stock list. Also, I downloaded another list specifying size portions; is that meal planning? I'm one of those always-hungry athletes and I want to make sure I'm not eating an extra meal but not sure how to work it in after my activities.
