papayarain
My go to breakfast is Aidell Chicken Apple Sausage sauteed in olive oil along with some kale and then I mix those with a sweet potato and some coconut oil. I usually make up a big batch for the week on Sunday so all I have to do is warm it up in the morning.

AllyB
Funny, I've eaten eggs for breakfast ever since we started our whole30 back in feb. After we were done, it was easy, so I just kept doing it.
Moderators ultrarunnergirl Posted September 15, 2014 Moderators Share Posted September 15, 2014 If you are simply daunted by eating just eggs, I find I prefer eating ground meat, spices, onions, maybe some peppers, toss in some spinach.Sometimes I also I scramble in or top with a couple of (fried) eggs but it's not necessary. With different spice combos you've got many different flavors going on. Learned most of my tricks from Well Fed. Highly recommend.
