Day 1, 9/15/2014

 

Breakfast

Irish bacon (no sugar)

Sliced raw peppers & jicama

1/2 avocado

 

Lunch

Large chopped Salad made with mixed greens (herb mix), cucumber, tomato, olives, HB eggs, olive oil, lemon juice

 

Dinner

Grilled pork chop

Sweet potato w/ghee

Brussels sprouts

Day 2, 9/16/14

 

Breakfast

Salmon and egg salad w/homemade mayo (recipe from theclothesmakethegirl.com)

Golden cauliflower soup (recipe also from theclothesmakethegirl.com)

Sliced cucumber

 

Lunch

Cubed grilled chicken tossed w/diced red pepper, diced jicama, avocado, Tessamae's Lemon Chesapeake dressing (I think this would have been really good with some kind of cilantro lime dressing)

 

Dinner

Grass-fed beef burger

Sweet potato w/ghee

Hawthorne Valley caraway sauerkraut

Day 3

 

Breakfast

2 Applegate chicken & apple sausage links

Golden cauliflower soup 

Sliced cucumber

Handful of coconut flakes

 

Lunch

Cubed grilled chicken tossed w/diced red pepper, diced jicama, avocado, cilantro, olive oil, lime juice (I'm obsessed with this. It's so good!!)

Apple w/almond butter

 

Dinner

Grilled flank steak
