September 16th second day

Day two having a hard time thinking about eating Breakfast I normally don't eat till about 11:00.  I do have what I need available to make a good meal.  Think I will go work in the garden first.  Plant the seeds for some fall Spinach.  My first day went amazing I did not even cheat once and no wine which is my sugar dragon.

Eating within one hour of waking in the morning is important to coaxing your hormones into a good rhythm. In other words, if you will eat within an hour of waking, you will soon find that you wake up ready to eat and fall asleep more readily at night. The transition period may be challenging, but the end results are good.
