Anybody out there with "NO" food sensitivities after reintroduction?

Hi all.  I've done dairy, legumes and non-gluten grains so far with no adverse reactions.  I doubt if I will have any with the Gluten grains either.  Starting that either tomorrow or the next day.

 

I was just wondering how many people find out they do not have any food sensitivities after a clean Whole30 and proper Reintroduction period?

I didn't find I had any major physical reactions during my reintroduction period but I did notice some emotional reactions (like white rice is a definite food with no breaks for me). What I have found after a year of riding my own bike is that my physical symptoms are usually build up over time. So like if I decide to throw caution to the wind for a week I start feeling like pre-Paleo me. Ultimately you need to decide what is best for you. If you felt better during your Whole30 than there is something going on. I can generally get away with off roading more frequently then some, but feel my best when I stay close to home base.
