Britishgal
So it's day 10 and for the last few days I've been bloating up mid morning to a point where I look so big people have been asking when the baby is due. It's uncomfortable and embarrassing...even my 6 year old wanted to know why mama is fatter than she was before he went to school! Today it has been the worst and I have been a hair's breadth from vomiting all evening. It is truly horrid ;( I didn't have this on my last whole30 and I didn't go back to eating many of the things I previously ate in between and those things I did eat I ate rarely so I'm flummoxed. I'm just worried something is wrong! I have my period last week so it isn't that... Help!!
Carlaccini
Sorry to hear your troubles. Is it possible that you may have just caught a flu or something? That might be causing this. That being said it is pretty common to get bloated and uncomfortable around day 10. I have done a whole 30 5 times and each one is completely different from the other. However the nausea concerns me. Are you able to post a couple of days worth of meals here? We can try trouble shooting for you.
Britishgal
Thank you...I do have a log in the log section but I can't link from my phone! I think I just want to know it's not something I'm doing wrong! I have a history of eating disorders albeit any years ago so the feeling I'm going to be sick all the time is quite hard emotionally too ;(
GFChris
Hi there, I just took a peek at your food log, and have a couple thoughts.Mushrooms, broccoli, cabbage and raw vegetables (lettuce, rocket) can cause bloating for some. You might want to drop the mushrooms and switch to all cooked vegetables for a while and see if that helps you feel better.
Britishgal
Thanks GFChris...I'll stay away from my beloved mushrooms and cabbage for a while and see if it helps...right now I'll try anything!
