AndJP
I have had a rough couple of months in the diet department. I have still been basing my life around whole30 but have given in to temptation far too many times to count. I have started working on positive affirmations and shifting my mindset from weight loss to we'll being. It's still a struggle but I feel the shift. I have a fresh resolve to get back on track living a whole9 lifestyle and am going to kick start it with a whole30 challenge. My stomach issues have started up again since going off track (bloating, diarrhea, abdominal cramping)and I am finding my general well being is more than enough motivation to get going. Today is day 1. It's going to be a little strange because I'm working a 12 and started my day at 5 am. So I'll likely throw a snack in between meal 1 and 2 1: 3 egg bake with sweet potato and Frank's, 1/2 avocado and 1/2 grapefruit Snack roast beef, broc, 1/4 avocado small nectarine Dammit! I sampled some homemade horseradish (falsely assuming it was just horseradish and vinegar) only to find out it contained cream and sugar. I'm not going to let it ruin my day 1. If I decide to start over tomorrow then I know I will sabotage today and likely not start tomorrow so I'm just going to continue day 1 as if that didn't happen. 2: roast beef, veggies, 1/4 avocaod, Kimchi, Kombucha, apple with cashew/coconut butter
AndJP
On day 3 today. Things are going swimmingly I'm just too darn busy to keep a log. Spent the day yesterday doing a cook up and now I'm stocked with tons of delicious easy freezer meals.
