I love bread, I love yogurt for breakfast, and cream in my coffee. This is going to be a challenge, but one I am ready to embark upon. Doing it with some family members will probably help, but I look forward to giving and receiving encouragement here!

Congratulations! You might want to take this next week to find alternatives for cream in your coffee or to wean yourself off the caffeine if you can't find anything that works for you. One suggestion I have is to eat food that you wouldn't eat bread with. For example if you eat garlic bread with your spaghetti and meatballs then I wouldn't make that, at least for the first two weeks. Don't try to paleofy yogurt with coconut milk, bananas and nuts. This is not going to work instead jump in with both feet and start eating dinner for breakfast. Soups are great for breakfast and ground meat and veggie stir frys are also good. You won't be missing the bread or the yogurt. Good luck!
