I started eating healthier a couple of weeks ago...eating only vegetables, fruits, protein, and minimally processed foods and am doing great with this, but I want to kick it up a notch and be healthier.  Excited to start, but need to get rid of the multi-grain bread and pastas I still have and I don't waste so, another week till I start!
