Started The Whole30 Tuesday, September 16th

Hello! So excited to start this again. I had started this before but only lasted 3 weeks. I had more energy and seemed more focused but I was so grumpy that I was afraid it was going to affect my relationships, work and otherwise. I found out that I wasn not eating enough carbs so I just dropped it. Admittedly, I also did not lose a single pound so that frustrated me.


The truth is I didn't fully commit. I think I had paleo pancakes with syrup and sugar laden bacon and told myself, "What's the harm?" That probably didn't help! I have Candida as well. I have to follow a low sugar lifestyle.  I am now on day 4. I am already feeling the teeensiet bit better. :) Looking forward to interacting with you!
