Sanny
Is there a whole30 mayo one can buy? I start tomorrow on my first whole30. I'm also wondering if I can have kombucha.
GoJo09
I don't think so. But it's super easy to make: http://theclothesmakethegirl.com/2010/06/03/the-secret-to-homemade-mayo-patience/ (you can use an immersion blender, which is even easier.) GFChris
Yes, recently a Whole30 compliant mayo came on the market from Tessemae's. http://www.tessemaes.com/collections/condiments/products/mayonaisse And yes, you can have Kombucha. Look for a brand that has no sugar added after fermentation, to be Whole30 compliant.
missmary
Just to be extra extra clear: as far as I know, Tessamaes is the ONLY one commercially available. Don't be fooled by packaging that tells you the mayo is made with olive oil, or is organic or healthy. The others have soybean oil along with the olive oil, or they have sugar or both.
