piupiu
Cold pressed rapeseed oil is very much being marketed in the UK as a good local equivalent to extra virgin olive oil. I've just found out that canola oil is also made from rapeseed, the difference being that it is chemically extracted. Should cold pressed oil be avoided, even when you are not on a whole30? Anyone able to shed any light on the real health effects of this stuff as it's being claimed here that it is the new wonder oil!
missmary
Rapeseed oil is not palatable without considerable processing (without processing, it smells bad, has a dark color and a sticky texture. no one would want to consume this). I wouldn't go near it.
