arabella Posted August 15, 2012 Share Posted August 15, 2012 I am 15 days post W31 and I've gone off the rails. It started out slowly and then erupted into a full out binge on cookies and potato chips. That is unlike me ordinarily but I will attribute it to stress and hormones at the moment. After this week I will no longer have that weak excuse and I desperately want to get back to where I was two weeks ago. Okay, I put it out there and need to get motivated to stay back on track! arabella Posted August 15, 2012 Author Share Posted August 15, 2012 My meals are generally W30 anyway. I've just had some unusual binges that have thrown me for a loop. This afternoon it was the cookie tin at work. Ordinarily I walk on by, but the Oreos were calling my name! It is definitely a sugar related binge. I'll get control again. EllieBellie Posted August 16, 2012 Share Posted August 16, 2012 Me too, me too! Boss took me out to lunch, and there were no even remotely compliant options so I had a wrap... Knowing that I was gonna have a gluten reaction tonight ANYWAY, I went out for coffee with the boyf and had a peanut butter frappe and a cookie. Thankfully first thing we did when we got home was cook up homemade burgers, salsa and sweet potato chips, so I'm back on the wagon!
