I am new and found out about this experience while researching a way to reduce the inflammation in my body.I was diagnosed with MGUS in June and it has a side affect of neuropathy and it all started because my inflammation markers were in the 100's. So lots of blood test, reading, and research later and here I am. It appears to be the best laid practice for healing my body and reducing the negative impact that this condition will have on me. My rhuematologist thinks it would be a good thing to try so I am prepping this week and starting it on Monday.I am looking forward to this experience. The week starts on *Sunday*, it says so on all the calendars!!! ;) Got all your prep work done?
